NPSC welcomes applications from all qualified U.S. citizens with continued emphasis on recruitment of a diverse applicant pool.

This is a doctoral track program. Students must be applying with the intention of pursuing a Ph.D.

To be eligible to apply, applicants must be a U. S. citizen (born or naturalized) as of the NPSC Deadline Date for the year of your application see the section on eligibility on the information page.

Ineligible:

Non-U.S. citizens and permanent residents
Students currently enrolled in their third and subsequent years of a graduate program
